Information for the current monthly store and Nica brunch. Previous customer obligations remain preserved.
How to make your request
Email support from the address registered to your account. Include your name and account email, and say that you want to request account deletion. Profile → Account deletion request opens these instructions; it does not immediately delete your account.
Verification and retained records
We may verify your identity before acting. We will explain any transaction, security or other records that must be retained. Requesting deletion does not automatically cancel an existing order, erase a recorded balance or waive an existing customer obligation. Never send your password or complete banking information.
