You can initiate account deletion directly from your VolcanoBox account: go to Profile → Account Management → Delete Account.
Send us a deletion request by email and we'll take care of it for you.

Identity verification may be required before we process your request. For your security, never send your password — VolcanoBox will never ask for it by email.
Once verified, your associated personal data will be deleted or anonymized, except for transaction and security records that VolcanoBox is legally required to retain. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.
We respond to all account deletion requests within 30 days.
