New VolcanoBucks purchases, wallet payments, founder-credit offers and reward programs are closed in the current VolcanoBox store. Creating an account does not issue new credits. Monthly products and brunch reservations use prepaid CAD checkout when sales are open.
Existing records and obligations are preserved
Previously recorded balances, transactions and customer obligations are preserved. This update does not erase balances, create a new expiry date, or automatically forfeit a balance because a program or account closes. Previously earned entitlements remain subject to their original records and applicable obligations.
Help with an earlier balance
Historical credits and purchased balances are reviewed according to their original records, applicable terms and obligations. Contact support with your account email and original transaction details. This page does not establish a new conversion rate, automatic redemption or blanket refund rule.
